Test Lead A Test Lead is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and executing the overall testing approach to ensure the solution meets business and technical requirements and is ready for production. The role includes developing detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, coordinating functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing, and managing defects through validation, retesting, and closure.

The Test

Lead works closely with the Technical Implementation Manager, Business Analysts, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to manage testing progress, risks, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria. The role also requires solid Genesys Cloud CX and contact-centre migration knowledge to understand the solution, identify appropriate test coverage, and effectively validate areas such as call flows, routing, queues,



integrations, agent functionality, reporting, and customer journeys.
