Sr Integrator The Senior Integrator is responsible of the delivery of the contact center solutions, having clear understanding of the required functional specifications and capable developing/configurating the Genesys Cloud to meet the customer’s expectations. This role implies a solid experience of contact center delivery, and highly capable of working in teams and has demonstrated leadership to meet quality and delivery timeline objectives.
