confirmations and cancellation policiesGreet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Cabot Links’ standardsAnticipate and address guest’s service needs, complaints and/or concernsPost nightly transactionsMonitor in house guest accounts nightly and process additional authorizations once credit limits are exceededEnsuring all Front Desk floats are balanced at the beginning and end of your shiftPerform check-ins and check-outs of guests dailyVerify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced, follow up on any discrepanciesProduce daily reports for departments and department headsCompile and run statistical reports for all departments and
