Current Position Available: Junior LAA –
- Class Action – 1 year contract

Job Duties

- Open contact files in document management program
- Prepare forms for review by clients and team members
- Communicate with clients
- General clerical work

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- LAA Diploma as well as 1-3 years of experience in litigation




- Superior organizational/document management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Fact investigation, analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet, Case Management Software
- Advanced knowledge of database management
- Ability to manage work responsibilities in an unstructured environment
- Independent with the ability to confidently make judgment calls and recommendations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute deliverables in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound business judgment including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Skilled temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
