Position Status: Permanent, Full time The Maintenance Manager (the Manager) is a leader in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other LCC leaders to achieve organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Director of Buildings & Facilities (the Director), the Manager supports the corporate strategic plan by contributing to the development of, and executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
