Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members upon arrival
• Handle incoming calls and book appointments efficiently
• Assist members in understanding gym equipment




• Manage member questions and sell memberships effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and club standards
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus
