About The Role
As a member of our Community Operations team, you’ll play an integral role in helping our community thrive on VGen.
Your role will be multifaceted and include a mix of the following core responsibilities:
- User Support: Responding to support tickets on Zendesk, while collecting user feedback to help improve the platform
- Mediation: Addressing advanced support tickets by helping to resolve disputes between artists and clients
- Moderation: Engaging in on-site content moderation for scams, AI, tracing, etc.; includes reviewing user-submitted reports
- Artist Verifications: Reviewing artist verification applications to promote qualified artists
- Weekly Applications:
Assess applications to onboard new artists onto the platform
You will be a key member of our small team that is dedicated to empowering and protecting human creativity! ___
Who you are
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to practice objective empathy
- Confident in your judgement and comfortable making decisions, while knowing when to seek a second opinion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to distinguish between AI and human-made art
- An eye for digital art / content
- Comfortable with high volumes of repetitive tasks
- Proactive self-starter who can excel working independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Reliably available and responsive during core hours - we're a remote first team that coordinates in real time on Discord
- Ready to hit the ground running and make an impact
