Delta Pacific Seafoods is seeking individuals with excellent knife skills to join the Filleting Department in Delta, British Columbia. The successful candidates will fillet a variety of fish to customer specifications, meet yield goals, and assist with packaging for wholesale and retail customers.

Experience in fish filleting or seafood preferred; training will be provided. The work is full-time, Monday to Friday, in a cold, noisy workplace with potential overtime.
