Position Summary: The Senior Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of training and development programs across HCCA. This role focuses on facilitating onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training initiatives; maintaining training materials and systems; and ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping. The Senior Associate partners closely with the Manager, Talent Development to drive employee growth and uphold learning standards that strengthen workforce capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Training Delivery & Coordination Facilitate onboarding training, soft skills training and legislatively required training to HCCA staff using multiple delivery methods for successful knowledge and skills
