As Director, Value Added Services and Beyond Banking, you will define Personal Banking’s value proposition and multi-year roadmap. The mandate spans goals, protection, financial education, digital experiences, partnerships, and beyond banking advantages. You will guide capabilities including My Financial Progress, Credit Coach, SmartProgress, Zogo, and the Beyond Banking Benefits ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Define Personal Banking’s value proposition and multi-year roadmap
Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and success metrics
Scale My Financial Progress and goal-based tools
Drive digital adoption, engagement,



and customer relationship depth
Negotiate strategic partnerships and manage vendor performance
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and MBA from a top tier school
10+ years in strategy, product, partnerships, or customer experience
Experience launching new propositions from concept to scale
Strong commercial acumen and partnership negotiation skills
Executive communication and cross-functional leadership experience
Lead BMO’s value-added services portfolio by combining strategy, customer insight, commercial judgment, and disciplined execution.
