Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategy
Guide automation platform roadmaps and enhancements
Lead and mentor Power Platform developers
Design and deploy scalable automation solutions
Establish automation development, quality, and governance practices
Requirements: Eight or more years in data management or related fields
Four or more years of automation experience
Three or more years managing direct reports
Expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Solid understanding of Python, SQL, and Databricks
Bring strategic automation leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder expertise to CIBC’s Enterprise Data Management team in Toronto.
