Lead Next Best Action product strategy at RBC in Toronto, shaping marketing technology roadmaps, governance, and investment decisions. This role works in the office three to four days weekly. As Director, Next Best Action Product, you will define and evolve RBC’s marketing technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director, Platform and Program Delivery, you will build a mature operating model aligned with business priorities. Your scope includes platform leadership, data governance, customer experience, and AI and automation maturity. Key Responsibilities:





Build capability maturity aligned with Next Best Action priorities Own platform roadmaps and prioritization frameworks Develop annual and multi-year technology budgets Establish governance frameworks and scalable operating models Present recommendations and investment proposals to senior leadership Requirements:

Five-plus years in marketing technology product management or platform leadership Expertise in marketing automation platforms and martech implementation Experience with journey mapping, orchestration, and personalization strategy Understanding of data governance, compliance, and marketing operations Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills Shape RBC’s Next Best Action product strategy through martech leadership, governance, roadmaps, and data-driven customer experiences.
