This experienced Technical Lead manages day-to-day delivery for an integration workstream. You will translate Solution Architect designs into implementations using Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and up-to-date Java practices. The work includes direct people management and alignment with enterprise engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery for the integration development pod
- Allocate tasks, balance workloads, mentor developers, and provide feedback
- Translate architecture designs into tasks and coding standards
- Implement backend APIs and orchestration services
- Lead Kafka event publishing, consumption, and system synchronization

Requirements:

- 10+ years of backend development experience
- 4+ years leading and managing developers technically
- Hands-on Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x experience
- Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and OAuth2/OIDC
- Experience leading distributed teams through complete delivery cycles
