Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work. Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership. Lead exceptional in-store consumer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge. Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for consumers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Leaders are responsible for working highest priority days and highest traffic days and times, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Leaders are also responsible for opening and closing shifts.



Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting. Thrives in a consumer-first based retail workplace. Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates. Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
