Own e-commerce accounting for AtlasBrands remotely worldwide, using QuickBooks Online, advanced spreadsheets, and AI tools to strengthen financial operations.

As Accounting Manager, you will bring accounting in-house across AtlasBrands and its portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. You will oversee books, month-end close, reporting, and a Bookkeeper while improving scalable processes. The work covers multiple legal entities, intercompany transactions, inventory, Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead migration from the external accounting agency
- Establish controls, workflows, and scalable accounting architecture
- Oversee multi-entity and parent company accounting
- Review Bookkeeper outputs and resolve discrepancies
- Deliver GAAP statements by entity, brand, and group

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of accounting experience
- Multi-entity parent company and DTC accounting experience
- Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant management experience
- QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Practical AI tools experience, including Claude Code
