Key Responsibilities:

- Build machine learning and predictive analytics models
- Conduct A/B testing and causal inference experimentation
- Engineer features and evaluate model performance
- Support production deployment with data and AI engineers
- Deliver data storytelling and prescriptive recommendations

Requirements:

- At least three years of data science experience
- Quantitative bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree
- Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
- Databricks notebooks, workflows, and Spark experience
