As a Data Integration and Migration Supervisor, you will guide enterprise engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and business applications. Your work spans cloud and on-premise architectures, with Azure Integration Services supporting scalable solutions. You will balance delivery oversight, technical guidance, and client engagement while managing complex migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise data integration and migration client engagements
Oversee extraction, transformation, loading, validation, testing, and cutover
Supervise professionals through guidance, oversight, and career development
Define integration patterns,



migration methods, security, and performance practices
Manage resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree
5+ years in enterprise data integration and migration roles
Solid ETL/ELT, data modeling, and integration architecture knowledge
Azure or other cloud platform and integration tool experience
Leadership, communication, and willingness to travel to the US
Apply Azure Integration Services, migration governance, and technical leadership to enterprise delivery at RSM.
