As Assistant Vice President, you will lead selected transactions alongside London-based market leads. You will oversee pricing for products and reinsurance structures, combining cashflow modelling, capital modelling, and commercial judgement. The work supports bespoke solutions for clients and appropriate risk capture.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee quote processes and deliver timely, high-quality pricing analysis
Lead selected transactions across Savings & Retirement markets
Develop pricing methodologies and implement treaties for valuation




Set investment strategies within approved investment risk tolerances
Coach Toronto team members and strengthen team culture
Requirements: Qualified actuary or financial markets skilled
At least seven years of post-qualified experience
Life insurance or reinsurance pricing experience
Strong analytical skills, judgement, and commercial awareness
Understanding of life insurance capital and profit reporting regimes
Bring actuarial leadership, investment insight, and reinsurance pricing expertise to Pacific Life Re’s Toronto-based Savings & Retirement team.
