This seasoned technology qualified supports users across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements applications. The role combines application support, incident management, resiliency, and stakeholder communication. You will partner with development and infrastructure teams while improving stability, efficiency, and supportability.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve application issues for Citi users quickly
Investigate incidents across custody and settlement applications
Coordinate major incidents, outages, problems, and changes
Implement stability improvements with technology partners
Guide development teams on supportability and resiliency
Requirements: Five or more years in application support
SQL Server, SQL, and stored procedure proficiency
Oracle or other relational database experience
Cloud, microservices, and OpenShift technical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Apply application support, incident leadership, database tuning, and cloud expertise to strengthen Citi’s digital asset platforms.
