As Director, Restaurant Technology Deployments and Tech Operations, you will modernize restaurant and guest experiences through scalable technology delivery. The role covers point-of-sale systems, kiosks, networking, back-office systems, and IoT innovations. You will guide deployment strategy across recent builds, retrofits, and strategic rollouts while partnering with Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Tech Support, training, and vendors.

Experience managing complex Quick Service Restaurant projects
Knowledge of POS, networking, and order management systems
Experience developing roadmaps and executing change management
Project management skills spanning solution evaluation and execution
Direct Tim Hortons technology rollouts with strong deployment strategy, project leadership, systems knowledge, and cross-functional execution.
