As Senior Legal Counsel, you will support Vena Solutions’ expansion as a high-growth SaaS provider. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will advise Sales, Product, and Finance across corporate, commercial, privacy, regulatory, and employment law. Your work will also strengthen legal operations.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate complex SaaS subscription agreements
Provide practical legal advice across multiple practice areas
Act as a strategic partner to internal business teams
Manage corporate governance requirements and activities




Oversee internal compliance workflows and legal operations improvements
Requirements: Ontario lawyer license or eligibility to transfer from another Canadian jurisdiction
Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
Seven to ten years of post-call experience
Solid technology and commercial law foundation
Technology and SaaS agreement negotiation experience
Bring commercial judgment, SaaS contracting, and technology law experience to Vena Solutions’ Toronto-based legal department.
