The Major Pursuits Capture Strategist manages end-to-end capture for must-win opportunities. This senior position coordinates CAM, technical, commercial, marketing, and executive stakeholders. It shapes prospect assessments, win strategies, proposals, interviews, and pursuit decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and assess strategic infrastructure opportunities
Lead capture plans, win strategies, and Go/No-Go decisions
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and client engagement activities
Oversee proposal reviews and interview presentation preparation
Track metrics, win rates, lessons learned,



and pipeline forecasts
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
10+ years in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development
Success leading large, complex capture planning processes
Experience with public-sector procurement processes
Advanced project management and deadline management capabilities
