About You

You may come from a background in:

Coaching or mentoring, HR or talent acquisition, Recruitment or executive search, Consulting or business advisory, Leadership development, Training, education, or facilitation

You’re someone who:

- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Enjoys helping others gain clarity and direction
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Values flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing personal growth
- Is open to leveraging and/or developing digital communication and marketing systems

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional conversations with individuals exploring personal or career growth opportunities
- Mentor and support people through structured professional development frameworks
- Participate in online leadership and training sessions
- Build relationships through digital networking and communication platforms like LinkedIn and Zoom




- Utilise company-provided systems, tools, and training to support business development activities
- Collaborate with a global community focused on leadership and growth

- Compensation is performance-based
