As a senior member of Stay22’s Data team, you will own modelling and transformation layers for reusable analytical products. You will define entities, grain, relationships, facts, dimensions, and governed metrics. Your work supports BI, experimentation, product analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable analytical models with SQL, dbt, Dagster, and warehouse patterns
- Define keys, joins, facts, dimensions, snapshots, and incremental strategies
- Translate business concepts into semantic models and reusable datasets




- Maintain reliable ELT workflows from internal and third-party sources
- Apply testing, lineage, documentation, governance, and CI/CD practices

Requirements:

- Five or more years in analytics or data development
- Advanced SQL and relational or dimensional modelling expertise
- Production dbt experience on Snowflake or comparable warehouse
- Proficiency in Python and AI-assisted development workflows
- English proficiency for daily international communication
