You will work directly with two co-founders and the investor team, using the platform for pipeline, research, and follow-up. Your focus remains conversations, qualification, and matching relevant opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Bring qualified Series A and later companies to Pairs
Grow relationships with new private investors monthly
Match opportunities to each investor’s preferences




Keep founder and investor relationships current and qualified
Judge which opportunities deserve network attention
Requirements: Active founder and direct investor relationships built personally
Experience bringing a company or investor into a private round
Understanding of stage, traction, round structure, and investor passes
Discretion with confidential investor and company information
Daily AI tool use with transparent quality judgment
