Key Responsibilities: Research, qualify, and manage donor and prospect pipelines
Conduct discovery meetings and prepare customized engagement plans
Coordinate strategies with territorial and divisional teams




Manage legacy donor cycles and planned gift targets
Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant disciplines
CFRE designation or progress toward CFRE preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated donor relations and customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
