This Personal Caregiver provides customized support within clients’ homes and communities. Responsibilities include homemaking, companionship, personal care, and daily living assistance. The position also requires accurate observation, documentation, infection prevention, and specialized procedures after training.
Key Responsibilities: Provide cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management
Offer companionship during community activities and events
Administer personal care according to care plan directives
Assist with tailored activities of daily living




Document conditions and report unusual changes promptly
Requirements: Complete accredited caregiver training or equivalent education and experience
Know caregiving principles and customer service
Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Assist movement, repositioning, lifting, bending, and reaching
Provide a transparent Vulnerable Sector background check
Bring caregiving knowledge, compassionate support, and careful documentation to Bayshore HealthCare clients receiving services at home.
