As a Technical Trainer for IT products, you will support PCL’s Edmonton NAHQ team. You will deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning while helping diverse audiences adopt digital solutions. The work combines adult learning, instructional design, communication, and software implementation support.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and adoption sessions
Develop curricula, e-learning content, and learning resources
Prepare training environments, datasets, presentations, and materials
Measure effectiveness and improve learning outcomes




Monitor adoption metrics and communicate user insights
Requirements: Postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field
Two or more years delivering training or supporting adoption
Solid facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar systems
