As a Relationship Manager Intern in RBC’s Commercial Banking platform, you will support face-to-face relationships with commercial business clients. The approximately 28-week program develops capabilities across accounts, operating services, credit, lending, and deposits. Training combines on-the-job learning, self-study, online courses, and classroom instruction.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to clients
Use sales planning and prospecting tools
Complete pre-call planning for client discussions
Develop needs-based strategies for clients and prospects




Strengthen relationships, loyalty, and revenue growth
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or degree
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience acquiring clients, prospecting, and cold calling
Financial statement review and computer modeling experience
Experience with web meetings, social media, and digital banking
Bring financial acumen, business development, and client-focused relationship skills to RBC’s Commercial Banking platform in Halifax.
