As a Service Operations coordinator at Konecranes, you will manage service requests through the company system. Schedule field operatives, maintain updated planning information, and communicate with customers, managers, and internal stakeholders. The work also includes invoicing preparation, materials tracking, rentals, subcontracted services, and emergency breakdown response.
Key Responsibilities: Generate service requests and attach pertinent documentation
Schedule service work and emergency breakdown responses
Maintain Siebel Planning Board and communicate schedule updates
Arrange materials, rental equipment,



and subcontracted services
Review completed work, charge lines, and invoicing details
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and training considered
Minimum seven years’ industrial service or dispatching experience preferred
Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and people skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in service environments
Very strong systems and PC skills
