Guide employees and leaders through disability and leave processes
Coordinate claims with insurers, Payroll, and healthcare providers
Develop safe, sustainable accommodations and return-to-work plans




Maintain confidential documentation and improve management resources
Requirements: Three to five years of disability management experience
Experience coordinating claims, absences, accommodations, and return-to-work plans
Understanding of Canadian employment standards and human rights legislation
Robust case management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Post-secondary education in a related field
