As Product Owner, you will shape capabilities across Rexall pharmacy-led properties and Be Well. Define product vision, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating engineering, design, pharmacy operations, loyalty, marketing, compliance, and external partners. Your work connects clinical requirements with digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Develop roadmaps across pharmacy, front-store, loyalty, and partner experiences
Manage lifecycle delivery from concept through launch
Prioritize backlogs around patient needs and business goals
Define requirements for personalized experiences and AI-powered features
Monitor KPIs,



dashboards, feedback, and platform performance
Requirements: Five to seven years of product management or ownership experience
At least two years in healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or regulated industries
Experience shipping digital products across iOS, Android, and web
Solid user story, acceptance criteria, and Agile/Scrum experience
Familiarity with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and AODA compliance frameworks
