As Service Coordinator, you will oversee daily Service Department operations, warranty resolution, or parts quotations and sales. The position requires manufacturing experience in service, sales, or warranty. You will collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, field service personnel, and external vendors while supporting efficient resource management. Responsibilities include service scheduling, warranty documentation, customer performance issues, and inventory-related coordination. Continuous process improvements and field service development programs are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily service activities and field service delivery




- Receive, investigate, and resolve warranty requests
- Report warranty root causes and responsibility findings
- Process warranty order entry documentation
- Review service sales inquiries and parts quotations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Five years’ manufacturing experience in service, sales, or warranty
- Zero to three years’ leadership experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
