As Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will advise a global, TSX-listed technology company. Your practice spans corporate law, capital markets, securities, governance, board matters, M&A;, and equity management. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, you will support strategic initiatives and important corporate matters while strengthening processes, governance practices, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead public-company reporting and governance cycles
- Advise on securities, financing, and capital markets transactions




- Manage corporate structure and subsidiary governance matters
- Support M&A; transactions from structuring through closing
- Assist Coveo’s Board and committees with governance matters

Requirements:

- At least five years of relevant corporate law experience
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and transactions
- Exceptional communication and sound judgment
- Strong business judgment and commercial understanding
- Robust French and English communication skills
