Key Responsibilities: Identify patient needs and develop nursing care plans
Administer ordered treatments and medications
Observe, record, and evaluate patient progress
Supervise care techniques provided by team members
Maintain confidential, clean, orderly, safe environments
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick
Experience and interest in complex acute and chronic care
Effective clinical competency and critical thinking
Current CPR certification
Flexibility, judgment, confidentiality, and patient advocacy
Apply registered nursing expertise, clinical judgment, and compassionate patient advocacy within Horizon’s Fredericton-area Med-Surg service.
