AgeCare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Mount Royal community. The work includes resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care documentation
Implement and evaluate care plans as required
Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments
Coordinate care with physicians, teams, and providers




Respond to medical emergencies and significant condition changes
Requirements: Current provincial or state Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Senior care or long term care experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
Current CPR and First Aid certification
