As an Operations Payroll Processor, you will manage payroll data, employee cases, and operational administration for a five-month contract. The hybrid schedule requires three to four onsite days at the client’s Toronto office. Your work supports timely case resolution, accurate records, and service-level commitments.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily payroll operations and administrative activities
Validate and reconcile employee data in Microsoft Excel
Prepare trackers, reports, and operational summaries
Research, update, route, and escalate payroll cases
Support audits, testing, reconciliations, and data validation
Requirements: One-plus year supporting payroll processing or operations
Solid Excel skills with large datasets and formulas
Experience with case management or employee inquiries
Knowledge of Canadian payroll practices or legislation
Experience with SAP, ECP Payroll, or similar systems
