Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this analyst works closely with Financial Accounting. The position prepares financial statements, MD&A;, management reporting, and regulatory filings. It also supports close processes, audits, tax compliance, and accounting standards research.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements and MD&A;
Enhance monthly management reporting packages and variance analysis
Prepare capital entries, schedules, accruals, and cost movements
Complete external filings, reconciliations, and financial close support
Support audits, tax compliance, controls,

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation and three-plus years of progressive experience
Robust IFRS and oil and gas accounting knowledge
High Excel proficiency with analytical and problem-solving skills
