Licensed Practical Nurses provide person-centered care at AgeCare Miller Crossing in Edmonton, supporting residents through accurate assessments and medication administration. This is a regular part time position.
Reporting to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers goal-directed nursing care within provincial standards. The role supports an interdisciplinary team through care planning, resident education, clinical coordination, and emergency response. Experience in senior or long-term care is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans
Provide nursing care, medications, and treatments
Coordinate care with physicians, teams, and providers




Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies
Requirements: Current provincial or state Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
