This rotational position supports Treasury management solutions for corporate, commercial, and business banking clients. You will learn multiple team functions while executing operational tasks, managing risks, and meeting client expectations. The work includes payment processing, investigations, clearing, and account-related services.
Key Responsibilities: Perform production support, data entry, and verification activities
Repair, verify, authorize, and release electronic payments
Process manual payments, accounting entries, and EFT files
Monitor queues, workflow, and same-day wire investigations
Maintain accurate logs, records,



metrics, and payment documentation
Requirements: Three to five years’ financial institution operations experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience exceeding five years
Knowledge of payment processes and Canadian clearing systems
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and keyboarding
Availability for shifts, statutory holidays, and weekends
Support Canada Payment Operations through accurate payment execution, investigations, controls, and operational process improvement at Bank of America.
