– Operate the pizza oven and cook pizzas to Red Rock Pizza’s quality standards.
– Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked properly and consistently.
– Keep up with orders during busy dinner rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
– Communicate with the pizza-building station and front of house staff to keep orders moving.
– Monitor tickets and prioritize orders efficiently.
– Check finished pizzas for quality before they are sent out.
– Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
– Keep the oven area, kitchen equipment and work surfaces clean and organized.
– Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
– Assist with closing duties and cleaning at the end of each shift.
