Biogen Canada seeks a Commercial Associate Intern with commercial project and cross-functional coordination skills for a 12-month internship.
Starting January 2027, this internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, customer and market insights, and project management. You will support Canadian affiliate initiatives while building knowledge of biopharma and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities: Support commercial projects through planning, coordination, execution, and tracking
Maintain databases and organized document archives
Develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and training resources
Prepare agendas, record decisions, and follow up with stakeholders




Coordinate training sessions and track learning completion
Requirements: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related studies
Robust interest in biopharma, healthcare, and patient engagement
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Fluent written and verbal English; French proficiency is an asset
Apply commercial coordination, Microsoft Office, and communication skills while supporting Biogen Canada’s cross-functional business initiatives.
