As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will conduct needs analysis and recommend solutions supporting credit adjudication. You will address underwriter credit acumen, risk tolerance, policy interpretation, and learning needs across RESL Operations. The work supports partners across Canadian credit centers.
Key Responsibilities: Design blended learning and performance solutions for strategic priorities
Conduct needs analysis for credit adjudication learning needs
Lead project scoping, planning, and learner experience standards
Develop accessible online learning solutions using established templates




Collaborate with partners to validate content and curriculum needs
Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in instructional design or related field
Five or more years of instructional design experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Storyline360
Knowledge of accessibility requirements and tools such as JAWS
Bring instructional design, accessibility, and collaboration expertise to TD’s national credit learning programs in Mississauga.
