Serve BCAA customers in Burnaby, recommending insurance and memberships while building trusted relationships through knowledgeable, personalized service.
As a Service Advisor, you will promote BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend suitable coverage. This customer-facing position supports progression toward becoming an Insurance Advisor through training, licensing, and product knowledge development.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person and over the phone
Promote memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance
Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting
Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers
Work toward sales goals through exceptional service
Requirements: At least two years in sales and service
Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days
Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
Limited Errors & Omissions history and valuable standing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
