Shine City Pressure Washing is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to learn day-to-day business operations directly under its Operations Manager. You will lead crews, train team members, provide in-person quotes, and coordinate with sales. The work supports exterior cleaning across Langley, Surrey, and the Fraser Valley.
Key Responsibilities: Lead crews on pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs
Train crew members on work, photos, and videos
Visit homes, answer questions, and provide customer quotes
Coordinate quotes, scheduling, and questions with sales
Maintain schedules, notes, photos,



and updates in software
Requirements: Valid British Columbia driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Explicit, confident spoken and written English
Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and remain standing
Residence within approximately thirty minutes of Langley
Reliable, independent, people-focused, and comfortable learning software
Build toward Operations Manager through crew leadership, customer communication, quoting, scheduling, and practical exterior cleaning work.
