AutoPlanet Brampton is seeking a BDC Sales Representative for its full time permanent team. You will communicate with customers and web leads, schedule appointments, update CRM records, and support dealership sales personnel. The position requires customer service, product knowledge, accurate follow-up, and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate promptly with inbound and outbound customers and web leads
Schedule, log, and confirm customer appointments
Update CRM records with customer communications
Perform outbound and marketing call campaigns
Study dealership products, services, and processes
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred one to three years dealership experience or training
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain one
