Key Responsibilities: Direct daily operations for supervisors and associates
Coach teams on products, technologies, and selling skills
Develop strategies supporting engagement, sales, and profitability




Create weekly schedules and support expense targets
Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
Requirements: Five or more years of relevant experience
Inventory, POS, and retail software experience
Experience driving personalized service and selling skills
Explicit communication with teams and consumers
Availability for flexible retail scheduling
