Support qualified sports business operations at MLSE through project coordination, event planning, and analysis for Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts. This internship runs January through April 2027.
As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the Senior Manager, Business Operations across Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, and BMO Field Live Events. Your work will span strategic initiatives, event preparation, stakeholder coordination, market research, and fan engagement projects. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate business initiatives across Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, and BMO Field
Track projects, meetings, timelines, action items, and follow-ups
Prepare presentations, briefing documents, updates, and reports
Support match, sporting event,



and special event preparations
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
Requirements: Currently enrolled in sport management, business, marketing, or event management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Build practical sports business experience through coordination, event operations, stakeholder communication, and strategic analysis at MLSE.
