As a Retail Supervisor, you support store sales, profit targets, and Store KPI performance. You inspire brand loyalty, lead team members, and assume leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. Your work spans selling and service, people development, operations, and visual excellence. You also support digital and omnichannel tools, product knowledge, and performance feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Coach team members on excellent consumer experiences
Drive sales, service, and Brand Values
Supervise transactions and cash protection procedures
Maintain product flow and visual merchandising standards
Support escalated customer service situations
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent credential
At least twelve months of retail experience
Advanced selling experience and product understanding
Computer, POS, and Microsoft Office skills
Must be eighteen years or older
