Lead security operations at Mars Discovery District in downtown Toronto through staff coaching, incident investigations, and proactive patrols. This is a full-time third-shift position.
As Security Supervisor with Paladin Security, you will supervise Security Guards assigned throughout the facility. You will provide direction, enforce security procedures, and ensure scheduled activities are completed each shift. The position includes communicating concerns to the Client Service Manager and handling other assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Security Guards across facility areas
Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training
Ensure standing orders and daily activities are completed
Conduct security audits and patrols
Document and investigate incidents and complaints
Requirements: Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C
Proof of two COVID-19 vaccine doses
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Knowledge of Trespass to Property and Mental Health Acts
Superior communication, punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy
Bring supervisory security experience, transparent communication, and dependable judgment to Paladin Security at Mars Discovery District.
